Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of the appropriate deposit. The customer shall ensure availability on the trip they are booking. It is advisable that customers
contact us before making payment as no refunds shall be given on double bookings made without the knowledge of JK Diving Ltd.

Full payment will be due at the start of the trip.

Cancellations are to be made via e-mail or in writing. If the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to the trip a full refund will be given, otherwise the deposit is forfeit.

Within 2 weeks and during trip, seasickness, inability to equalise and personal health conditions are not premises for refund.

Should weather, staff sickness, equipment failure, insufficient numbers or any other circumstances beyond our control cause cancellation a refund of the deposit shall be made. JK Diving shall make the final decision about the suitability of the weather. JK Diving shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred due to cancellation.

If weather, equipment failure or any other circumstances outside our control causes the trip to be delayed or cut short, JK Diving Ltd will not be held liable for any consequential loss, damage or expenses incurred by the customer and any refund will be subject to deduction of reasonable expenses. During the trip the skipper and JK Diving make the final decisions regarding safety and the continuation of the trip.

The minimum number of dives available for each trip is as outlined in the Trip Description. If the minimum number is not offered a refund of $50 per dive shall be made.

Persons using hire equipment for any diving purposes shall be responsible for the said equipment from time of issue, and any loss or damage arising from negligence will be charged at replacement cost.
